1 cup almond meal/flour
3 tablespoons honey
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Gather all ingredients.
Preheat oven to 300˚F.
Grease baking pan.
Mix together all ingredients until smooth.
Fill pan with mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 300˚F, making sure to check if the donuts are thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer in to a middle and seeing if the skewer is clean when it removed. However, also make sure not to overcook.
Cool before removing from pan and adding toppings.
