Despite his credentials, his new restaurant Salare, is not some showy place. Instead, Salare is more of a high-end neighborhood restaurant that embraces the melting pot (haha) of American culture by creating dishes influenced by a multitude of different countries such as the Caribbean islands. So if you ever find yourself in Ravenna or are looking for a treat, stopping at Salare will be well worth your time.
