1 bunch of kale (the curlier the better)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Gather all ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the leaves from the stem and tear the leaves into bite size piece. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale.
In a large bowl, drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Feel free to add any other spices or oils. Toss ingredients together. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F until edges are brown but not burnt, which takes around 10-15 minutes.
